The service

SeaFormat is a Telegram bot that helps seafarers discover maritime opportunities and send applications by email. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Opportunities and third-party sources

Opportunities are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing, and we do not guarantee any employment outcome. You are responsible for verifying opportunities before acting on them.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information about yourself.
• Use the service only to apply to opportunities relevant to you.
• Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, or fraudulent content, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaFormat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from opportunity listings, application outcomes, or service interruptions.
